Welcome to Bonfire.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Bonfire’s website, artist pages, QR code experiences, email communications, live event integrations, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using Bonfire, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Who We Are

Bonfire is a fan-powered music platform operated by iProdigy Music Group, Inc. (“Bonfire,” “we,” “us,” “our”).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the Platform.

If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. How Bonfire Works

Bonfire enables fans to:

• Opt in to receive updates from independent artists

• Receive music recommendations based on selected genres and location

• Receive notifications about live events and ticket opportunities

• Discover new artists through curated communications

When you opt in:

• You consent to receive communications from the specific artist you select.

• You consent to receive related communications from Bonfire regarding music recommendations, genre-based discovery, and live event opportunities.

• You may unsubscribe at any time.

Bonfire does not automatically subscribe you to additional artists without your explicit action.

4. Communications

By signing up, you agree to receive email communications including:

• Artist updates (for artists you opt into)

• Event alerts in your selected city

• Genre-based recommendations

• Ticket announcements

• Platform updates

You may unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false information

• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform

• Attempt to access data that is not yours

• Use the Platform for unlawful purposes

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

6. Intellectual Property

All Bonfire content, branding, design elements, and platform structure are owned by Bonfire or its licensors.

Artists retain ownership of their music, images, branding, and related intellectual property.

You may not copy, distribute, or exploit platform content without written permission.

7. Third-Party Links and Ticketing

Bonfire may link to third-party platforms, including ticketing providers.

We are not responsible for:

• Third-party content

• Ticketing disputes

• External platform policies

Purchases are governed by the third-party provider’s terms.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your personal data to advertisers.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

Bonfire provides the Platform “as is.”

We do not guarantee:

• Specific event availability

• Artist performance quality

• Ticket availability

• Continuous uninterrupted service

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bonfire shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Loss of data

• Loss of opportunity

• Technical interruptions

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Bonfire (if any).

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

These Artist Terms govern your participation as an artist on the Bonfire Platform.

By signing up as an artist, you agree to these Terms.

1. Platform Overview

Bonfire provides artists with:

• A hosted artist landing page

• QR code fan capture tools

• Opt-in fan data collection

• Weekly fan reporting

• Network-based promotional opportunities

• Discovery participation

Participation is currently offered at no cost unless otherwise stated.

2. Artist Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and lawful content

• Only upload content you own or have rights to use

• Use the Platform in compliance with applicable laws

• Respect fan data and privacy regulations

You are solely responsible for:

• Your music

• Your branding

• Your live performances

• Representations made to fans

3. Fan Data Ownership and Use

Fans who opt in through your artist page are considered your fans.

Bonfire:

• Facilitates communication through the Platform

• Provides reporting to you regarding fans who opt into you

• Does not sell or distribute your fan list to other artists

Fans must individually opt in to each artist.

Bonfire may promote your music to fans based on genre and location preferences.

You may not export, resell, or misuse fan data provided through Bonfire.

4. Network Participation

Bonfire operates as a shared discovery network.

Artists may be promoted within the network based on:

• Participation

• Engagement

• Fan response

• Alignment with platform standards

Promotion is not guaranteed.

5. No Guarantee of Results

Bonfire does not guarantee:

• Booking outcomes

• Ticket sales

• Revenue generation

• Audience growth

• Promotional placement

The Platform provides tools and infrastructure only.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your music, name, likeness, branding, and related content.

By using Bonfire, you grant us a non-exclusive, revocable license to:

• Display your content on the Platform

• Promote your music within Bonfire communications

• Use your name and likeness in connection with Bonfire promotions

7. Termination

You may request removal from the Platform at any time.

Bonfire reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms

• Engage in unlawful behavior

• Damage platform integrity

8. Independent Relationship

Nothing in these Terms creates:

• A partnership

• Employment relationship

• Agency relationship

• Joint venture

Artists operate independently.

9. Limitation of Liability

Bonfire is not liable for:

• Lost revenue

• Missed bookings

• Marketing performance

• Technical disruptions

10. Modifications
