Welcome to Bonfire.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Bonfire’s website, artist pages, QR code experiences, email communications, live event integrations, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
By accessing or using Bonfire, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. Who We Are
Bonfire is a fan-powered music platform operated by iProdigy Music Group, Inc. (“Bonfire,” “we,” “us,” “our”).
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the Platform.
If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
3. How Bonfire Works
Bonfire enables fans to:

Receive music recommendations based on selected genres and location

Receive notifications about live events and ticket opportunities

Discover new artists through curated communications
When you opt in:

You consent to receive communications from the specific artist you select.

You consent to receive related communications from Bonfire regarding music recommendations, genre-based discovery, and live event opportunities.

You may unsubscribe at any time.
Bonfire does not automatically subscribe you to additional artists without your explicit action.
4. Communications
By signing up, you agree to receive email communications including:

Artist updates (for artists you opt into)

Event alerts in your selected city

Genre-based recommendations

Ticket announcements

Platform updates
You may unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:

Provide false information

Interfere with or disrupt the Platform

Attempt to access data that is not yours

Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.
6. Intellectual Property
All Bonfire content, branding, design elements, and platform structure are owned by Bonfire or its licensors.
Artists retain ownership of their music, images, branding, and related intellectual property.
You may not copy, distribute, or exploit platform content without written permission.
7. Third-Party Links and Ticketing
Bonfire may link to third-party platforms, including ticketing providers.
We are not responsible for:

Ticketing disputes

External platform policies
Purchases are governed by the third-party provider’s terms.
8. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell your personal data to advertisers.

Bonfire provides the Platform “as is.”

Does not sell or distribute your fan list to other artists
Fans must individually opt in to each artist.
Bonfire may promote your music to fans based on genre and location preferences.
You may not export, resell, or misuse fan data provided through Bonfire.
4. Network Participation
Bonfire operates as a shared discovery network.
Artists may be promoted within the network based on:

Promotion is not guaranteed.
5. No Guarantee of Results
Bonfire does not guarantee:

Booking outcomes

Ticket sales

Revenue generation

Audience growth

Promotional placement
The Platform provides tools and infrastructure only.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to your music, name, likeness, branding, and related content.
By using Bonfire, you grant us a non-exclusive, revocable license to:

Promote your music within Bonfire communications

Use your name and likeness in connection with Bonfire promotions
7. Termination
You may request removal from the Platform at any time.
Bonfire reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
